Singer/guitarist Pascal Latra and violinist Kitty San Pedro play the anti-establishment, rebel music Rebetika aka Greek Urban Blues.

Covering themes like displacement, pain, love unrequited, love lost, addiction, exile, immigration, unemployment, incarceration, poverty and death, this music invokes a sense of rebelliousness, an anti-establishment attitude to “respectable” morals of Greek society at the time. Although sung in Greek, the themes and stories the music tells is easily translatable for a contemporary audience. Presenting tunes sung by iconic female Greek singers, this is a set of girl power to accompany your Sunday evening.
