School Holiday Yoga For Tweens

Is your child anxious about heading back to school? Maybe you are looking for some tools to help them focus and relax? Then, why not gift your child the opportunity to join us on the mat for school holiday yoga!

In these classes, children's yoga teacher Teleah will introduce your child to yoga poses and relaxation techniques that cultivate strength, mobility, confidence and body awareness.

Easy to implement mindfulness and meditation activities are also explored to improve concentration, develop self-awareness and cultivate a calm mind.

Open to new and existing students, these classes provide a perfect opportunity for those who have been thinking about yoga to give it a try before Term 1 classes commence in February.

Please note:
- Students should be dressed in comfy clothes suitable for stretching and have their own water bottle handy.
- Classes are drop-off. Parents are not required after waiver forms have been signed.
- No food or drink (other than water) are to be bought into the hall.
- Sick or unwell children are advised to stay home as they will not be able to participate in this activity. If you are unable to make class because your child is unwell, please email hello.eunoiayoga@gmail.com​ to organise a refund.
- No-shows and cancellations made less than 12 hrs prior to the event will not be refunded.
