Anna guides you through a resting, peaceful guided 30 minute Yoga Nidrā meditation which transitions silently to a peaceful play with watercolours.
All Art supplies and a GF morning tea is included.
$25 at the door covers everything. Please bring your own yoga mat, two pillows and a sheet and blanket. Wear comfortable clothing. Eat just a light breakfast earlier (no coffee/sugar).
Anna is a Level 1 Yoga Teacher and a Member of Yoga Australia and a Certified Yoga Nidrā Practitioner, Amrit Yoga Institute. The practice of Yoga Nidrā has helped with her own health concerns.
