The Boss Generation is Melbourne’s first and only youth commercial dance initiative. Produced by Boss Dance Company under the direction of company director Jordan Charles Herbert, this year’s program features 48 of Melbourne’s most elite & exceptional youth artists, where there talent and passion exceeds all expectations.

In it’s third year of running the program, the young dancers have been exposed to industry level training and professional mentoring whilst being able to showcase their newly learnt skills in a professional show. This show encapsulates the icons of history, past and present, and the impact each of these historical figures have had on the world we live in today. The stories of these popular household names are showcased through current and commercial dance.
