Classes offer simple, practical methods to improve the quality of our life and develop inner peace through meditation and Buddhist teachings.

Classes consist of two guided meditations and a teaching to help us solve our daily problems and find the lasting happiness we seek.

No prior experience needed and you can join anytime. Everyone is welcome.


We all like the idea of living in the moment but what does it actually mean? Many of us put off our happiness and wellbeing with the thought ‘I’ll be happy when…’. The result being that we easily become despondent and unable to appreciate anything, even the good things! 


During this course learn how to meditate on impermanence, the special wisdom that realizes there is only the present! Instead of wishing your life away, learn how to create happiness and contentment within.




The teacher of this class is Gerry Bensoussan. Gerry is an experienced and well-loved teacher in the new Kadampa Tradition. Gerry has a kind and caring nature and presents Buddha's teachings in a way that is both accessible and easy to understand, making Buddha's profound wisdom accessible to everyone.
