Moomba Festival: YMCA Action Sports Street Championship

YMCA Action Sports is hosting its eighth annual Moomba Street Championships, as part of the Moomba Festival at Riverslide Skate Park in Melbourne’s CBD.

A global leader in the world of fingerboarding, Tech Deck has announced its sponsorship of the Australian Skate League (ASL) series, which kicks off at the 2023 Moomba Festival with skating competitions that will serve as a talent-scouting opportunity for future Olympic Games.

Moomba is one of the biggest events on the ASL annual calendar, so there will be plenty of talent and action. Set at Riverslide Skate Park in the picturesque Alexandra Gardens, Moomba Festival 2023 will feature competitions across all disciplines with divisions ranging from under 10s to Pro on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th March.

On Saturday and Sunday, Tech Deck has organised fun competitions and prize giveaways including premium limited-edition fingerboards that feature legendary Australian Skateboarder, Shane O’Neill, and opportunities to check out some of the latest Tech Deck products.
