A cultural food fair by the Australian Asian Hospitality Alliance in collaboration with Consulate General of Malaysia and Tourism Malaysia that will be livening Subiaco’s iconic 500 Hay Street building on 9 and 10 September.

- Masterclass with Celebrity Chef: the renowned Chef Vincent Lim unveils the secrets behind crafting authentic Malaysian dishes that embody the heritage.

- Plus there are exciting prizes to be won and games to be played! For those who come dressed in their best traditional cultural wear, there will be a grand prize for the best dressed.
