Luthier and Artist Nick Carpenter makes sculptures and 3D artworks based around the theme of music. This exhibition focuses on percussion instruments, the beating heart of music! There will be beautiful steam bent timber sculptures incorporating gongs, chimes and bells, symbolic cymbals, xylophone chairs and xylophone wall art, intricately painted drums and much more.
This exhibition is a must see if you are into music, art , craft or woodworking. It is a free event running from 21st to 29th January 2023 at the Wildwood Instruments Art Gallery, just 8 minutes out of Daylesford, Victoria. Drop by and have a chat to the artist who will be there each day.
