Is it possible to fully embrace our life and all its possibilities? To engage fearlessly with our relationships and careers, welcoming wholeheartedly the challenges that come and turning them to our advantage?

On this course we will cultivate courage in the face of whatever life throws in our way, shedding our selfdefeating thoughts and diving into a new joyful life. We might think that to transform our life in such a radical way we need to travel far away and change all the outer aspects of our life, but in fact a few key inner changes will change everything for us: the solution is in the problem, it’s been right in front of us all along - come and discover it!

Everyone welcome, book or pay at door.
