The Friends of ANZAC Cottage, in collaboration with the Western Australian Military Digital Library(WAMDL), is holding an event aimed at those who have ‘gaps’ in the history of their military ancestors. This event, held just before ANZAC Day on Sunday, April 21, between 2 pm and 4 pm, will involve the volunteers from WAMDL talking about their library, its contents and its purpose.

They will also reveal how you can use the information and even add items to the library.

The information session will be followed by a panel discussion with audience participation about researching those who fought in World Wars 1 and 11. There will be hints and tips about available resources to help you find out more about your ancestors.

This event will be held at Castellorizian House on ANZAC Road and Kalgoorlie Street. Entry is by gold coin donation, which includes afternoon tea.
