Karrinyup are ushering in the Lunar New Year with a range of exciting performances across the centre to mark the colourful occasion.

Large-scale Year of the Dragon projections and traditional lanterns will illuminate the West Deck each night from 10 – 24 February.

On Thursday 15 February, good luck and prosperity will be blessed amongst Karrinyup’s retailers from 6pm, with an incredible Lion Dance performance gracing the centre Sunday 18 February from 1pm. Watch the Centre Court come alive with a lion leaping on high poles surrounded by a dance troop and drums, complete with an exciting gold confetti finale on Thursday 22 January.

Whether you go by the Lunisolar or the Gregorian calendar, Karrinyup’s fun-filled calendar of festivities will be for everyone to celebrate and enjoy this Lunar New Year.
