To oTo open the box office at the start of the day simply log in to Eventfinda Promoter Portal and you are ready to begin.
To access Box Office through the Eventfinda Promoter Portal, select the Box Office button under the event you want to view.
You can then process a purchase by selecting the session and tickets required.
To close Box Office at the end of the evening, select Box Office from the left-hand side menu.
At the top of your screen you’ll see a red button that says Close Box Office. Please note, this button only appears when a sale has been made for the day.
Clicking the Reconciliations button opens a Reconciliations page where you can enter the amount received in cash and EFTPOS next to the amount recorded by Eventfinda. This ensures you have received the correct amount of funds and ticket sales have been recorded correctly in Eventfinda.
If this is out for any reason, you can record any information in the notes next to the item.
Once finalised, click Close Box Office.
Once closed, you’ll be able to access all of your daily reconciliations any time by clicking Box Office on the left-hand side and selecting the Reconciliations button.
