Fitlab

The Fit Lab Health and Fitness Centre (the Fit Lab) is locally owned and operated, and is situated in the heart of Toowoomba City.

The Fit Lab was originally known as Beach House when it opened in 2007. In 2009 the owners changed its name to One Life and in 2012 the club experienced another name change to Breathe Health Clubs Toowoomba.

On the 1st of July 2016 Breathe Health Clubs Toowoomba was purchased by the LSCH Group Pty Ltd and the The Fit Lab was born representing the latest evolution in what has always been a Premier Gym in Toowoomba.

The new owners have invested significant amounts of capital into the centre to improve it for the members. These have included new centre air conditioning, new Crèche facilities, a large variety of new equipment, 24hr access, upgraded facilities, and more classes than ever.

The Fit Lab has continued to grow and develop with Toowoomba providing an up to date Health and Fitness Centre that caters to the wider community.
