Jalbrook, the premier retreat in the Blackwood River Valley, with six deluxe rammed earth cottages is a private haven of peace and tranquillity.

Harmonious, beautifully appointed purpose built cottages are set amongst exquisite cool climate gardens showcasing a wide range of deciduous trees, shrubs and thousands of bulbs for all seasons. The gardens are dotted with interesting sculptures to entice you to wander the property, meet and greet our exquisite resident alpacas and be captivated forever.

Jalbrook has hosted concerts on the property since 1999 and always promotes Australian artists. We host a series of summer concert from November until April; some of our concerts include a sit down dinner fully catered, while others are picnic style on the grass. Over the years we have seen some of Australias top performers including Marina Prior, David Hobson, Todd McKenney, Rachael Beck and Kate Ceberano, Glen Shorrock, Julie Anthony and many others wow the crowds at Jalbrook.

Morning tea and lunches are available for visitors and small groups by arrangement throughout spring and summer.
