Mount Schoenstatt Spirituality Centre

Mount Schoenstatt Spirituality Centre offers a number of facilities, including two conference rooms - seating 100 to 150 people, retreat accommodation with catering and self catered opportunities, depending on availability.

With the Shrine as its spiritual centre, Mount Schoenstatt, is a place of pilgrimage where love for Christ and his mother, Mary, are deeply rooted.

Schoenstatt means 'beautiful place' and it is here that people from all walks of life find moments of peace and tranquillity on their journey. They are refreshed and renewed and find the possibility to deepen their commitment to their God.

The Shrine is one of more than 200 exact replicas, spread around the world, of the original in Germany.

Mount Schoenstatt is a short car trip from the World Heritage listed Blue Mountains, the Nepean River, iFLY Downunder, Sydney International Regatta Centre and Penrith Whitewater Stadium. Mulgoa itself is an historic village being one of the earliest settlements in Australia in 1809.

Directions:

By Car: Exit M4 Mulgoa Road, travel along until you turn right into Fairlight Road. The centre is approximatly 1.5 kms on the left.

By Train & Bus: Alight Penrith Railway Station, board route 795 bus, alight at Mulgoa Shops and ring us. We will gladly pick you up before 5.00 pm.

By Plane: From the Airport, board train to Penrith and follow as above.
