Noodledoof Brewing & Distilling Co.

The rumour mill was swirling when Noodledoof first set up shop in Koroit. Is it a replica of a small German village? Is it a noodle shop serving slurpable bowls of goodness? No, it’s a craft brewery and distillery created by two mates, Noodles (Sam) and Doof (Alex) who wanted to make quality craft beer and spirits that are exciting, adventurous and approachable.

Noodledoof beers utilise local ingredients and are influenced by the changing seasons, allowing the team to get creative in the brewhouse. Most of the beers are made in small batches so they have seasonal availability and can utilise what is good, when it's at its best.
For Noodledoof's range of spirits, they have teamed up with Worn Gundidj Bush Foods, utilising their expert knowledge of the surrounding area. The spirits have a unique flavour profile that comes from native botanicals and other local ingredients.

The Noodledoof taproom is a refurbished motor garage in the small Irish Village of Koroit. The space has been revitalised as a vibrant community hub for tourists and locals alike. Their surroundings inspire them daily, from the beauty of Tower Hill Reserve to the wild South-West ocean.
