Spinnaker Bar & Restaurant

The spinnaker bar and restaurant will feature a modern australian menu with influences from europe and south america. The menu will be inspired by fresh local ingredients, used simply with modern and traditional techniques. Local burnettt heads scallops, macadamias, red ridge farms forbidden figs and Emelia's pasta are some of the prized local ingredients. The menu will change on a seasonal bases to not only offer our regular dinners a diverse menu but to ensure all of our produce is of the highest quality. We are intent on giving the local diners a little something more in finer class venue. The flood bar will feature a lower priced menu for the more casual lunch, or fax us a pre-order if your in a rush.
