The Engine Room

Located on View Street adjacent to the main building of The Capital, the historic old fire station is now known as The Engine Room. The venue offers two flexible spaces ideal for conventions and events usage, intimate performances or displays.

On the ground floor, a black box performance space with full sound and lighting facilities upstairs an attractive studio with timber floor and mirrors. A rustic courtyard at the rear of the ground floor can be utilised in warmer months.
