Zen Space is Samford’s premium community yoga space with 25 weekly classes including, Yoga for women, adults & kids, ChiBall & Music Events.
The latest timetable is on the classes page. If you’re a beginner you can pick a gentle or beginners class from the timetable or see the beginners page for details of the next upcoming course.
No need to book for ongoing classes—just fill in the online registration form before your first class. Bookings required for courses, please contact the teacher.
