As a new year begins we are often inspired to create positive changes in our life and seize the opportunity to start afresh. However, the promising resolutions we make often quickly disappear and we continue to be plagued by the same worries, demands and unhappiness as last year.

Make your 2020 a genuinely happy new year through developing genuinely happy states of mind. In this uplifting talk, Buddhist monk Gen-la Kelsang Khyenrab will explain how to use meditation as a practical tool to free ourselves from stress and discontent and to generate a fresh, positive perspective on life.

Gen-la Khyenrab is a retired General Spiritual Director of the New Kadampa Tradition and an internationally renowned teacher who is currently touring Australia. He is greatly admired for his powerful teachings as well as his pure example of humility and loving kindness.
