Aerials are a truly iconic part of Swing Dancing—swing legend Frankie Manning’s eyes would light up when talking about air steps.

Ready for a high-flying challenge? Looking to expand your aerial repertoire? Join us for an afternoon of jumps, flips and fun, with Arrianne O’Shea and Scott Cupit. Come and work hard, get sweaty, enjoy the adrenaline and finish the day with a great sense of achievement.

Schedule and Content:
3:15pm - Check In/Warm Up

3:30pm–6:00pm: You’ll learn a few amazing aerial moves, and dance in and out of them in a fun jam session type environment. You’ll work with good aerials and spotting technique. There will be short rest/drink breaks throughout. This course assumes you will already be comfortable with basic aerial technique and be prepared for the challenge of slightly next-level aerials.
