Maybe life is meant to be messy. Maybe that's the whole point, the whole puzzle. We spend it looking for the gold amongst the mud. During some enlightened moments, we remember that difficult and easeful are different points on the same spectrum, that our struggle and our success is but the same, that our vulnerability and our strength is our power and that our shame and our volatility is also our wildness, our worth and our beauty.
To be seen is to be whole.

Ritual Theatre is a component of the 5Rhythms where we uncover and embody stories to intentionally bring about a healing of our own journeys revealing parts of ourselves that hold the key to our power and purpose. During our time together in this expressive lab series, we will discover Ritual Theatre Play. A journey of self-discovery.

Belle Power (Gold Coast)
Mother, Business owner, Certified 5Rhythms Teacher, Creative Producer and Director has been Dancing 5R since 1998 and facilitating Shamanic Women's Work since 2002.
Her career began as a professional actor and theatre practitioner with over 20 years of experience. She gave up explaining what she “did for a living” over 20 years ago and instead committed to following her calling - making theatre with meaning and creating sacred spaces. Belle has been lucky enough to have travelled the world working with actors, dancers, writers, doctors, nurses, first responders, children and the deaf-blind communities doing the work she loves, telling stories and shape-shifting change into the world. Her 5Rhythms work has led her to the power of Ritual Theatre, Women's Shamanic work, classes for Mums and Bubs, and Toddlers. Belle is based on Gold Coast Australia.

Rivka Worth, certified 5Rhythms teacher, BA Dance, Studying certification Somatic Education Practitioner (BMC), Certified Futurist, Creative Director Seed of Sovereignty Eco Somatics, certified yoni de-armouring practitioner, Dj.

Rivka thrives on bringing humans together in ceremonial dance, where freedom, connection and transformation are individually and collectively embodied in the dance. Rivka is a Healer, Visionary and Teacher. She has journeyed the darkness and found a way to be present in the world in dialogue and collaboration with Spirit and in alignment with a higher truth. Rivka’s work reflects a lifetime career of facilitating dance and movement. She has developed numerous workshops and programs supporting diverse populations to connect with themselves through dance, movement and the natural world. Rivka Worth has been dancing since the womb, (and no doubt in previous lifetimes) She has been a space holder/facilitator of expressive movement for almost 30 years. Rivka is based in Naarm- Melbourne, Australia.
