Josh Groban announces Australian tour

Josh Groban, babe of the baritones, has announced he will tour Australia in April to promote his sixth album All That Echoes.

The tour will take him to Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, and he’ll be joined in concert by some pretty top musicians including Andre Manga on bass, Ruslan Sirota on keys, Pete Korpela on percussion, Tariqh Akoni on guitar, Dave DiCenso on drums and a local eight-piece orchestra.

Apparently we’re gonna get treated to Australian-platinum self-titled debut album, twice-platinum ‘Closer’, ARIA top 5 ‘Awake’ and 2010’s ‘Illuminations’ but all I want to know is whether he’s gonna play anything from the still forthcoming 48 albums of Kanye West’s tweets called The Best Tweets of Kanye West.

Other than singing and being a dreamboat, Groban has been busy forging his acting career with LOL roles in The Office (US), Crazy, Stupid, Love alongside Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, plus some guests spots on Glee and The Simpsons.

Tickets go on sale at 9am Monday 11 February.
