You won't surely wanna go to bed early as Canadian pop punk legends Simple Plan return this September to hit East Coast roads in support of their latest album, 'Taking One For The Team'. The band will tear up stages in Sydney and Brisbane before making their way to Melbourne where they will do three consecutive performances.

2016 has seen Simple Plan bounce back to the scene with the release of their critically-acclaimed album which is out now through Warner Music. Simple Plan have become pop punk household names worldwide since the release of their second album Still Not Getting Any… in 2004 which spawned iconic anthems like ‘Welcome To My Life’ and ‘Shut Up’. The band continues its philanthropic initiatives to this day and 1$ of every ticket sold on their current Taking One For The Team World Tour, including the just announced Australian dates, will benefit the Simple Plan Foundation which has already donated more than 1.7M$ to charitable organisations around the world and has received many prestigious awards, including the Allan Waters Humanitarian Juno award.

Simple Plan is Pierre Bouvier (vocals), Chuck Comeau (drums), David Desrosiers (bass, backing vocals), Sebastien Lefebvre (guitar, backing vocals) and Jeff Stinco (lead guitar).

Opening all shows is fresh faced Sydney based 4-piece Forever Ends Here whose musical roots are firmly planted in punk rock and pop. Since the release of their debut EP Where I’d Rather Be, the boys have been playing shows across Australia and are considered at the forefront of the local pop-punk scene in Sydney. The band will take to the stage to perform their latest offerings ‘Search The Night’ and ‘Chapters’.
