One of Australia's premier community radio stations, 4MBS ClassicFM has received many awards for contributions to broadcasting in Australia and the promotion of young and emerging artists & musicians through many school, university and community based activities.

The 4MBS Performance Studio is located at 384 Old Cleveland Road, Coorparoo, and is accessed via the driveway on the lower side of the 4MBS property. While larger audiences have been accommodated in the venue, it works best with a maximum audience of around 55/65 people. Free parking is available at the rear of the venue, at the rear of the adjoining property and in Old Cleveland Road itself. The nearest bus stops are (outbound) a couple of hundred metres away near the French Street intersection and (inbound) on the opposite side of Old Cleveland Road (taking care to avoid the No Standing areas either side of the 4MBS Driveway).
