The Collingwood Football Club Community Centre at Victoria Park is one of the largest community centres of its kind in Australia. The centre is the result of a three year project to redevelop the Bob Rose Social Club Building into a community hub—home to a range of not-for-profit community organisations.
The Yarra City Council in partnership with Collingwood has overseen a $7 million redevelopment that opened Victoria Park to the community and renewed the stadium as a community recreation, sport and open space.
The centre occupies five levels and overlooks the famous Victoria Park Oval. It is home to its community partners Headspace Collingwood, AFL SportsReady, ArtsReady, Mind Australia, the Collingwood Toy Library, and Eating Disorders Victoria.
