All café’s products from a humble boiled bagel to a decorated birthday cake are produced in house and under the supervision of Kosher Australia. The bagel range keeps expanding, offering the rye, wholemeal and cinnamon-raisin bagels in addition to the classic plain, sesame and poppy seed ones. Also they are the basis for the large variety of tasty sandwiches. There is a usual egg based style breakfast including Shakshuka on the menu as well as the healthy option of muesli with natural yogurt.
