BK's Gymnastics

At BK’s Gymnastics Caroline Springs we provide gymnastics classes for babies and toddlers, through to kinder, primary and high school aged kids.

Our programming, which is aligned to Gymnastics Australia’s education framework, is designed to create a fun interactive learning pathway to help your child progress from a beginner, who’s figuring out how everything works, to an intermediate or advanced gymnast. All while developing essential physical and behavioural skills, and a life-long passion for sport and recreation.

Gymnastics is the third most popular sport for kids under 12 (Ausplay, 2020), and offers many benefits:

- It develops fundamental movement skills including physical, social and cognitive skills
- It enhances physical self-concept in all Victorian primary age year groups at a faster rate than schools’ standard PE curriculum (Rudd, 2016)
- It helps kids learn risk management and goal setting
