Bridgewater Lake

Unlike a ‘green field’ development, Bridgewater Lake has been established for some years. That means, amongst other things, there’s not only a thriving community already established—there’s a welcoming community centre, too. However, there is also something quite new here—the owners.

In mid-2015, The Parks Villages acquired Bridgewater Lake, recognising all that has already been achieved and keen to complete its vision. This is no faceless corporation, however. It is owned by the Martens family, who have a proven track record running a select group of retirement villages with their enthusiasm, experience, professionalism and unswerving personal commitment to their residents.

In fact, the Martens family has been directly involved in the development and day-to-day running of retirement villages for nearly 30 years. With their arrival at Bridgewater Lake, the estate is—like its residents—taking on a new lease of life.
