That’s Amore Cheese is an award-winning Italian-style cheese producer. Their artisanal cheeses are made only using farm fresh locally sourced cow and buffalo milk with the finest Australian ingredients.

The creator behind the business, Giorgio Linguanti, launched That’s Amore Cheese in 2008 with the intention of bringing Italian signature flavours to the tables of Australian homes. The success of That’s Amore Cheese has resulted in Giorgio opening up a large cheese production factory in Thomastown, where fresh Italian cheeses are traditionally made.

With this success and Giorgio’s passion for prime quality foods, two flagship shops were developed.
