THE DISTILLER was born with the desire to not only connect the brands and their distillation processes directly with consumers, but to be used as an incubator and innovation hub where TSI can further pursue its research and development programs, including education and collaboration with local distillers to help support Australia’s thriving spirits industry. With our very own functioning micro still and distiller on site, we look to educate and push the boundaries of Australian spirits with our GRAINSHAKER VODKA Distillers Batch series made right here on site.

We are curious creators who aren’t afraid to shake things up (literally and figuratively)! We don’t take ourselves too seriously, except when it comes to our whisky and vodka. Our knowledge and expertise, from the field to fermentation and distillation, has taught us there is always something new to learn. We are inspired by traditions but we are not bound by them. Our distillation processes may be timeless but we love putting our own spin on things.

THE DISTILLER is a small (but mighty!) part of a much bigger picture known as TOP SHELF INTERNATIONAL. TOP SHELF'S ambition is backed by the largest capability to source and distil spirits in Australia. The scale of our operations and vertically integrated production capability means that we are well-placed to compete in our chosen markets. Our current portfolio of brands include NED Australian Whisky and Grainshaker Australian Vodka.
