Snow Patrol – Live & Acoustic

British alternative rockers Snow Patrol are descending down under for a series of acoustic concerts this August. Following their North American stadium tour with Ed Sheeran, and appearances at Lollapalooza Chile and Brazil, the band are headed to Perth, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Newtown as a three-piece featuring singer and guitarist Gary Lightbody, Johnny McDaid on ‎guitar, piano and vocals and Nathan Connolly also on guitar and vocals. Apart from the AU dates, the band will also be in New Zealand for an exclusive Auckland show.

Part of the setlist are classic hits from their albums including 'Run', 'Open Your Eyes', and 'Chasing Cars'. The band will also be performing songs from their 2018 release 'Wildness', which was their first studio album in seven years.

More than two decades in the business, Snow Patrol have carved out a unique place for themselves. Since their 1998 debut 'Songs for Polarbears', which Pitchfork hailed as "an impressive piece of work", their melancholy anthems of heartbreak and separation have mended hearts and touched souls.
