The Carlton BrewHouse is located at the iconic Carlton & United Brewery in Abbotsford and is the official home of Australia’s most popular draught beer, Carlton Draught. Positioned on the city fringe 10 minutes from Melbourne’s CBD, the Carlton BrewHouse is a unique function venue, tourist attraction and café-bar.

Comprising three separate and adaptable event spaces, the Carlton BrewHouse is the perfect venue for your next corporate Christmas celebration, evening seminar, day conference, gala dinner, product launch, awards presentation, wedding, birthday or engagement celebration.

The Carlton BrewHouse is an inviting venue with a touch of brewing history, Carlton Draught humour, and professional and accommodating staff. All catering is managed in-house and most importantly, the beer is brewed just across the road!

The kitchen at Carlton Brewhouse is here to serve up our famous pub fare for all our locals and guests from midday Tuesday to Saturday!

There’s plenty of tables available in our Beer Hall, outside in our Beer Garden, or in front of our giant 12-foot screen to watch the footy.

If you’re craving a drink, we’ve got 12 taps pouring all your favourite CUB beers, as well as wine by the glass and classic spirits. Of course, it wouldn’t be a visit to Carlton Brewhouse without a brewery fresh pot of unpasteurised Carlton Draught straight from the tank!

We also offer brewery tours most days of the week. On this brewery tour you will be taken through the historic Abbotsford site. You'll be guided through over 100 years of brewing history & knowledge as you experience the sheer scale of this iconic facility on the banks of the Yarra. You will then return to the Brewhouse to sample your favourite brewery fresh beers, enjoy a meal, or enjoy some live music or sport.
